Fun Outing ISM Group

As a form of appreciation for the hard work of Integra Solusi Mandiri (ISM) Group colleagues, we are opening 2023 with a Company Outing activity. This is the first activity we carry out in Yogyakarta. In this outing event, the company holds various activities that can strengthen relationships between employees, such as competitions or games involving all employees, Core Value Leadership Traits (CVLT) seminars to learn about the history of the Founder, the Company’s vision and mission so that employees have a sense of Belong to the company, right up to the peak event of the gala dinner.

By holding an outing event like this, it is hoped that employees will feel more comfortable and harmonious in working together. This will certainly have a positive impact on productivity and overall company performance.

The positive aim of this company outing activity is to appreciate the hard work of colleagues at the Integra Solusi Mandiri (ISM) Group. These activities can help strengthen relationships between employees and create a stronger sense of friendship and togetherness among them.

 

On the first day, we all did the Jeep Adventure and Body Rafting activities in the Pindul Tubing area, closing with dinner at HeHa Skyview Restaurant. All the activities carried out in the Gunung Kidul area were a very enjoyable and memorable experience for the ISM Group Team.

Continued on the second day by holding several competitions and games involving all employees. This activity can be an effective way to increase togetherness and better teamwork spirit in the workplace. The following are some of the benefits resulting from this activity:
